self - developed film
Summer before my sophomore year of highschool (2019) i started shooting with film after taking a black-and-white class at FIT. That week, I got everything needed to develop color film in my basement, not including the water temperature regulator, which came later.
I did 2 rolls of c41 at a time in my parents’ basement, sitting amongst spider traps and drying laundry. I cried happy tears when that first roll of film came out. These were all taken while I was in highschool/early quarantine, nothing shot after mid-2021
